Warranty Procedure
1. Customer must contact Performance ATV/Offroad for an Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. This number will be the same as your
original invoice number.
2. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package.
3. Customer contact information and shipping information must be provided in the box.
4. Return the axle to:
Performance ATV/Offroad
6200 W. Roundbunch Rd.
Orange, TX 77630
Customer pays for return shipping.
5. Upon receipt of the merchandise, Performance ATV/Offroad will inspect and confirm it meets all requirements for warranty and immediately
contact the customer.
Warranty On Fabrication Components
Performance ATV/Offroad's warranty is a reflection of our confidence in the
parts we manufacture.
*Performance ATV/Offroad retains the right to change warranty terms and conditions at any time.*
All of our parts carry a
LIFETIME STRUCTURAL WARRANTY and we guarantee them against manufacturing
defects. Warranty is valid through the ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY. Warranty does not cover lifts used in conjunction with gear lifts
or any other sort of altered suspension parts. Warranty also does not
cover improper installation and/or willful destruction.
We are
not responsible nor do we accept liability for breakage or failure of
parts as a result of abusive off road use. Vehicle modifications are done
at your own risk, and we do not accept any responsibility for damages
caused by vehicle modifications. Modification and some aftermarket parts
may void factory warranty. Performance ATV/Offroad is not liable for damages to
user or equipment as a result of vehicle modifications. Modifications
to vehicles may create dangerous situations and are done at the risk of
the user. The user hereby expressly assumes all risks associated with
any such modifications made by or parts sold by Performance ATV/Offroad. Performance ATV/Offroad and parts sold by Performance ATV/Offroad are for off road use
only. “Take off parts” or parts that are replaced will be disposed of,
according to local and state laws, after 15 days of final invoice. It is
the responsibility of the customer to pick them up or arrange a
shipping method.

SHIPPING POLICY
Most items are shipped usually within 2 business days unless it requires fabrication. Our goal is to have
your items shipped the next business day unless the items are out of
stock.
Allow a Minimum of 14-21 Business days (Monday – Friday and
depending on the building schedule ) for custom fabrication parts to be
built, powder coated, and shipped. Most parts will be shipped sooner and
in the event that shipping is delayed you will be contacted via email
or phone call.
If an item is returned please note that a 20% restocking fee may apply as well as the return shipping.
No refunds on shipping unless otherwise stated.
If there is any delay in production or shipping you will contacted by either phone or email with estimated delivery.
Customers are responsible for any extra duties and taxes that apply for shipments outside of the United States.
Performance ATV/Offroad has selected UPS as our small package Preferred
carrier and we will not use
any other companies for shipping unless otherwise stated.
